Conservatives HQ Millbank Tower
This Design & Build fast track fitout smoothly transferred the Conservative Party into their new media centre and campaign headquarters situated within two separate buildings of the Millbank tower. The third and fifth floors of 30 Millbank and the Millbank Tower respectively were completely stripped out and refurbished to allow the party to upgrade from their former offices in Victoria. The project also included the overseeing and coordination of the move. Working with six client representatives for specialists redesign, the project included a complete redesign of area such as the reception, tea points and other key areas. Over 100 linear metres of partitioning were also altered, allowing for inter-dividable meeting spaces and installation of reclaimed timber in the reception area to create new floors. All works were undertaken in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner.
