SCHOOL OF ORIENTAL AND AFRICAN STUDIES (SOAS), VERNON SQUARE

Building two new SOAS halls of residence at the University of London Vernon Square Campus for Unite. Unite are the leading developers of student accommodation in the UK. This Design and Build project comprised of 10 floors of self contained student apartments including specially designed wheelchair accessible apartments at ground floor level. This one year contract completed on time in September 2009 was ready as planned for students using the space for the new academic year. The project was also completed within budget and exceeded all client expectations.
